You and Us

Thank you!

First of all we would like to say a big thank you to all the TFCM supporters who have been with us on the journey so far. You are making a real difference in many families’ lives in a variety of different ways.

Thank you...

For more than 200 potentially lifesaving mosquito nets

Thank you...

To our regular sponsors who enable schooling for 80 children so far, giving them an education and hope of income for their future.

Thank you...

For the varied admin support that individuals have given since the start...from designing fridge magnets, typing up our newsletter, organising presentations and maintaining contact with sponsors.

Thank you...

To friends and family who gave generously in memory of Maureen Miles, Paul Checkley and Cherry Bray to help secure the purchase and development of a new children’s house for orphans as well as a new kitchen with smokeless ovens at our school.

Thank you...

To our local churches for raising funds for 50 solar lights for homes and village huts without electricity.

Thank you...

To Rose Checkley for cutting 10 inches off her hair to raise funds. Thanks, also, to a local band Brother John for producing a CD, sales from which helped meet the cost of much needed school equipment.

Thank you...

To The Nepalese Ladies Sewing Group in Hong Kong for making and delivering 60 new dresses to Ugandan girls who had never owned one.

There are many more ‘thank yous’ to say, for which we don’t have the room here...Thank you! We are so grateful for all of your support. We are a small charity, easy to connect with. We give our time to serve our Ugandan family. There is loads of room for new people to get involved, either as a ‘one off’ or on a regular basis, remotely or more locally.

100% of the money that comes in goes out to Uganda each month. Nothing is kept back for U.K. administration.
